The Brief

I helped design Air New Zealand’s kiosk check-in experience across two generations of the product: Gen 2 in 2016 and the redesigned Gen 3 in 2026.

Working across both gave me the opportunity to evolve a familiar self-service experience over a decade — building on the original foundations while helping create a faster, simpler, and more relevant check-in experience for today’s travellers.
