Background

Moving the Spark App from customer utility to membership experience.

At the beginning of this project, I switched from design lead to client, creating the SOW and briefing workshop with agency to define the initial customer experience, including unpacking the previous app, including weaknesses and opportunities.

Creative leadership across UX and UI teams, ensuring development squads were aligned. This product is successfully launched across iOS and Android stores, creating a great opportunity to continually iterate as we design for our large customer base.
